The Christmas season is here — and so are our much-loved KRTK Intermediate Christmas Cooking Classes! This class is perfect for young chefs ready to take their skills to the next level. Over the session, they’ll learn to create a range of festive favourites with a little extra flair — from golden Fruit Mince Pies and delicate Christmas Shortbread, to stunning Mini Trifle Cups layered with colour and Christmas cheer. It’s a hands-on, confidence-building experience where students can explore new techniques, share their creativity, and of course, taste every delicious bite. Each chef will also package up a few of their treats to make into Christmas Gift Packs — because the best presents come straight from the kitchen.
