Over the session, they’ll learn to create a range of festive favourites with a little extra flair — from golden Fruit Mince Pies and delicate Christmas Shortbread, to stunning Mini Trifle Cups layered with colour and Christmas cheer. It’s a hands-on, confidence-building experience where students can explore new techniques, share their creativity, and of course, taste every delicious bite.
