DOUGHNUTS!!!! Who doesn't love them? When they are hot and rolled in that cinnamon sugar, there is nothing better. Oh wait, except when you make them yourselves. The time has finally come for KRTK to do a doughnut class. In this class our budding chefs will make the fillings and the doughnuts themselves and the best part is, they get to take some home for their family. We have three delicious doughnut types we will be making in this class. 1) Jam doughnut 2) Caramel Doughnut 3) Lemon Meringue Pie Doughnut. It is guaranteed that with doughnuts on the menu, spots will not be available for long, so book in now!! This class is suitable for Grades 5 and above.

The smell of fresh baked bread is one of KRTK's favourite smells. When it comes out of the oven, the warm and fresh aroma fills the room. By the time our bakers have finished this class they will have so many baking skills to take back into their kitchen. We have three brilliant bread recipes for our beginners. 1) Focaccia Art Bread 2) Belgium Buns 3) Banana Bread. With these three scrumptious bread recipes on the menu, spots won't be open for long, so book in now!! This class is age suitable for Prep - Grade 5.

Kids Rock the Kitchen was established by Lucinda (aged 13) and her twin brothers Elliot and Lincoln (aged 11)back in 2019. They LOVE to cook (and eat!). Their goal is to supply tasty baked treats to the local community and encourage other kids to cook because kids ‘can’ rock the kitchen! We are all about inspiring other children to enjoy cooking. When we can we are sure to donate a percentage of our to a charity. In the last two years, we've been very privileged in being able to use Redlands College's Commercial Kitchens, running cooking classes for children across the Redlands and Brisbane every school holidays. Over 3 years this little bake stall business has expanded into something so much bigger that we just love running.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Meals
1. Cover the meal with the foil lid or place alfoil over it. 
2. Place you're frozen meal in preheated oven and let it bake for 45 minutes (30mins if defrosted)
3. Remove lid and place under grill  for 10-15 mins if your meal has a cheesy topping, to brown.
4. Bring meal out and enjoy.

Garlic Bread
1. Cook in preheated oven for 25 mins.
